Boil the milk. And once it is done add grated carrot in it and stir it.
Now let it get cooked for around 20 minutes and stir in it between.
Once it's done add sugar , almond and pistachio. Add cardamom powder
And again leave it for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame.
Garnish it with some almond and pistachio. Put the kheer in freezer for some time and enjoy the yummy kheer.
